Purple Nintendo 3DS

Hey guys, I don't know how many of you want a purple Nintendo 3DS, but I know I want one. I have a great idea on how to possibly get Nintendo to release the 3DS in purple. What you have to do is follow this link, and email Nintendo asking when they will release the 3DS in purple (just put Nintendo 3DS in the choose your topic scroll, general information in the select additional details scroll and availability/where to buy in the subtopic scroll). If we get enough people to do this, then I think they might release it. They've already released a blue, black and red 3DS here in America and are releasing a pink and a white 3DS in Japan with the possibility of a green one next year in Japan as well. Let me know what you find out by commenting on this post with your email to them and their response. You can also email Nintendo about different colors as well.

Craft Fair

Hey guys, today was my first craft fair and I didn't do so well. I only sold three items - I crochet hats, scarves, catnip mice, washcloths/dishcloths and take orders for ponchos - (I think that the craft fair could've been promoted better, and maybe no rummage sale at the same time). So I was wondering if any of you out there in the world wide web had any advice for me? My next craft fair is either Oct. 22nd or Nov. 5th.

Holy Week

Hi guys, sorry it's been so long since I've posted but I had writers block. Anyway, because Easter is coming up, I'll be spending a lot of time at church this week getting things ready for the usual celebrations. We have a potluck Last Supper and a foot washing on Holy Thursday. On Good Friday our youth group puts on a living Stations of the Cross Service at church and the local American House in the afternoon, and in the evening there's a Tenebrae Service at church. Holy Saturday is Easter Vigil where the adults at our church who want to receive Baptism/First Communion/Confirmation will be able to receive these sacraments. And of course Easter morning with two different masses at which children and babies can be Baptized (children at 9:00am and babies at 11:00am). So it looks like I'll be at church 25 + hours this week (including Palm Sunday and the Saturday before), that's ok though because this is a fun week (especially if you're an alter server). My favorite day/mass for Holy Week would have to be tonight's potluck dinner. I would like to wish all of you a Happy Easter, incase I don't post again before then.
P.S.  Also please pray for my sister's guinea pig who has inflamed tissue around her spine so her back legs aren't working (the vet gave us anti-inflammatory medicine and told us to come back in two weeks, fingers crossed).

Nintendo 3DS review

So yesterday I went over to my local Best Buy to try Nintendo's new 3DS, because my blog is not big enough (yet) to be sent one to review. Anyway, I went to try it out today and here's what I think of it: 
     The new 3D feature ~ The 3D is amazing you really feel like you could literally jump into the game. 
     The touch screen ~ The touch screen is pretty much the same as previous DS systems. 
     The stylus ~ I like how it's telescoping and easy is to extend.
     The games ~ I only got to play Pilotwings Resort but it was awesome just the same.
     The colors ~ I wish it came in purple, I know a lot of you do as well, but the aqua blue is a really cool color.
     My overall thoughts ~ It is the best DS yet, the price is a bit steep, but for a system this great I think it is almost worth it (maybe $200-$225 would be better). Would I buy it? Yes! Would I recommend it to my friends? I would and I am. :)
